2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no serious objection in ordering this application.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.
