This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to sponsor the name of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Teacher in Economics.

It is seen that now the entire selection process has been changed and accordingly the petitioner has to necessarily pass Teacher Eligibility Test. Therefore, such a direction cannot be issued in this writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
