(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioner/appellant seeking to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.

2. Mr.Kandhan Duraisami, learned counsel appearing the respondents No.1 to 20/ caveators and Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Government Advocate (Puducherry), who takes notice for the respondents No.21 and 22, submitted that they have no objection in allowing these petitions seeking condonation of delay.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered accordingly.
