O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner to cause production of his wife by name Uma Maheshwari and his two children namely 1.M.Krithik, aged 5 years and 2.M.Kowsik, aged 1 year, before this Court and to set them at liberty.

2.In the earlier hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the alleged detenues appeared before this Court. On enquiry, it was brought to the knowledge of this Court that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

there was no illegal detention by anybody and it was submitted by the learned counsel for the third respondent that due to some matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife, the petitioner filed this petition and there was no illegal detention by anybody. Further the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre and there the petitioner undertook to approach the Family Court. 3.On the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the petitioner is unnecessarily dragging the matter and hence this petition could be closed.
