Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 30.8.2005 passed by the second respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent herein to permit the petitioner to continue his lease in respect of the shops belong to the second respondent upto 30.6.2006 by accepting the balance lease amount of Rs.34,000/-.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the period of lease granted in favour of the writ petitioner had already been expired during the year 2006 itself.
