The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to carry out the amendment in the Memorandum of Association registered for the petitioner's society in No.128 of 2003 as per the special resolution passed by the members of the society on 22.08.2004 and 30.01.2005 and issue the certificate of registration accordingly.

2. The amendment sought to be considered was of the year 2003. The writ petition was filed in the year 2005. On account of efflux of time and now after the lapse of 13 years, if at all any grievance exists for the writ petitioner, it is left open to them to file a fresh application, seeking amendment or otherwise before the Competent Authority.

3. With the above liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
