[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a direction to respondents to produce the petitioner's wife Shabna Nazimuddin Thoppil, aged about 25 years, D/o.Thoppil Ommerkunju Nazimuddin before this Court and set her at liberty.

The detenue has been produced before this Court. She wishes to accompany her mother and her maternal uncle. Recording the said position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. It is for the petitioner as also the detenue to work out their rights in accordance with law.
