Today when the suit is taken up for hearing along with the Application No.567 of 2021, the learned counsel for the respondents/defendants appeared before this Court and submitted that the respondents/defendants no.1 to 3 are not having any objection in allowing the application, which is filed for the enlargement of the share subsequent to the death of the second defendant. Hence, in view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents/defendants, A.No.567 of 2021 is allowed.

2.Post the other applications and main suit on 22.04.2021 for filing amended plaint copy.
