O R D E R

This Court passed an order on 24.06.2011, as follows: "The above matter is listed today i.e.,24.06.2011, under the caption 'Default Cases', for non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, including the payment of batta.

2. The concerned counsels are directed to pay the batta and to comply with the other requirements of the Registry, on or before o8.07.2011, as a last chance, and to file proof of compliance, immediately, thereafter.

3. On non-compliance of the requirements of the Registry, on or before the specified date, as directed by this Court, the M.P./W.P shall stand dismissed, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The matter is listed today (i.e.,14.10.2019) for further hearing. However, the writ petitioner has not taken any steps to comply with the orders passed by this Court on 24.06.2011.
