O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondent fairly made a submission that the land acquisition proceedings initiated with reference to the properties described in the present writ petition had been dropped. The Housing Board dropped the development of a Satellite City at Sholinganallur. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
