This Writ Miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the day of 788 days in filing the Review Application seeking review of the order in W.P. No.6483/2008. The learned counsel for the respondent fairly conceded that the review filed in an identical matter was already numbered and taken up for consideration and hence the delay in filing the present review application may be condoned.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel, the delay of 788 days in filing the Review application is condoned. The Registry is directed to number the Review Application, if it is otherwise in order, and post along with Review Application No. 59/2015 on 10.01.2025.
