Mrs.V.Sudha, learned counsel for the 1st respondent would contend that the grievance of the writ petitioner has already been redressed and the Passport has been issued to the petitioner. Thus, no further adjudication is required.

Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent would submit that a criminal case has been registered against the writ petitioner and pending. If at all the petitioner is willing to travel abroad, he has to furnish the necessary permission from the jurisdictional Magistrate, wherein the Criminal case is pending.
