2. Accordingly, today, this case is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioner. This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution.
