The petitioner has filed this petition to call for records in M.P. No.6248 of 2017 in C.C.No.1896 of 2011 on the filed of the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai-1 and set aside the same.

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 26.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 02.09.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 02.09.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 06.09.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.
