Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the first respondent. Since this writ petition is being disposed of without passing any adverse orders against the second respondent, notice to the said respondent is dispensed with.
2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2023, wherein and whereby, she sought to measure the land comprised in Old Survey No.16/1 and New Survey No.105/10 situated at Tiruvallur District, Ponneri Taluk, Grandline, Redhills. 3. The main grievance of the petitioner is that even though the representation has been made on 27.04.2023, till date the same has not been considered by the first respondent.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent would submit that already the first respondent has surveyed the property, only final orders need to be passed and the same will be passed in due course.

Considering the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2023, if the same has not been passed already, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and second respondent as well as rival claimants / interested Page Nos.3/5
parties, if any. Whole exercise shall be completed by the first respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
