2. The matter relates to a private complaint filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 for dishonouring a cheque for value of Rs.68,000/- issued in favour of the respondent.
3. The learned respective counsels on record filed a Settlement Memo wherein it is reported that the parties have settled the dispute. The defacto complainant has received a sum of Rs.78,000/- by way of Demand Draft bearing No.086390 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
21.03.2019 drawn at Indian Overseas Bank. Endorsement is also made by the respective counsels.
4. Recording the same, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of as offence compounded under Section 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed if any.
