The petitioner's grievance is as against the erection of temporary shed by the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation (TNCSC) in front of her residence at Nirthanamangalam Village, Vadavoor Circle, Nagapattinam Taluk, Nagapattinam District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. She has alleged that the infrastructure put up by the TNCSC, such as agricultural shredders, gunny bags other necessary machinery for collection of paddy as well as the functioning of the office day and night and along with simultaneous running of the machineries causes her much inconvenience apart from polluting the entire area with dust and paddy waste.

3. A counter is filed by the second respondent, being the Senior Regional Manager of TNCSC on behalf of all respondents, wherein he undertakes at point 6 to vacate the Direct Purchase Center after this harvest season, i.e., 15.03.2022.

4. With the aforesaid undertaking to shift the Direct Purchase Centre, the grievance of the petitioner stands addressed and recording this, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
