This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to return back the key pertaining to K.R. Rice Mill situated at Lakkampatti Village, Lakkampatti Town panchayat, Karattadipalayam, Gobichettipalayam Taluk, 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that there is a private dispute going on between the parties and that the 3rd respondent does not possess any key as claimed by the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the police will not interfere with the private dispute between two private parties. 3.In the light of the above stand taken by the respondent, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition and it is left open to the petitioner to workout their remedy with the rival party in accordance with law and the police will note interfere in this case. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
