This CMP is filed praying to condone the delay of 126 days in filing the restore petition.

2. It is seen that sole respondent died on 25.04.2016, but the same was informed lethargically, by way of Memo of Information by the counsel for the respondent on 15.07.2019 only. Even then, after one year has gone, but the counsel for the petitioners has not taken any steps to bring the LRs of the sole respondent in this CMP, filed for restoration of main Civil Revision Petition.

3. Therefore, for not taking steps to bring the LRs of the sole respondent, this CMP is dismissed as abated.
