PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to fix the time frame of the disposal of the petitioner's second appeal petition dated 28.04.2021 and complaint dated 03.12.2021 pending before the 1st respondent.

Ms.Gayatri, learned Counsel on behalf of Mr.C.Vigneswaran, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for R1 and Mrs.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for R2 and both are armed with instructions to proceed with the matter finally. Hence, by consent of both learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed finally even at the stage of admission.
2. The petitioner has admittedly filed an appeal before R1 on 28.04.2021 which is pending as of now. He seeks a mandamus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
directing R1 to fix a time frame to dispose the appeal as well as complaint dated 03.12.2021, in a time bound manner. 3.Learned Counsel for R1 would submit, on instructions, that as per the roster of R1, appeals of the year 2019 and 2020 are presently been heard. Thus, unless the petitioner makes out urgency, he should not be permitted to jump the queue. 4.In such circumstances and as this Court is not inclined to interfere with the roster and the working of quasi-judicial authorities, the petitioner is permitted to move an application for early hearing of his appeal before R1 setting out the reasons for urgent disposal thereof. Let the petition for early hearing be heard as expeditiously as possible by R1 and an order passed bearing in mind the urgency, if any, expressed by the petitioner.
