This petition has been filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus 1/4

directing the respondents to grant permission and police protection for conducting cock fight on 24th and 25th days of February, 2024 in Kalambakkam Village situated in Thiruvalangadu block, Tiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation given by the petitioner has already been rejected by the Police and the same has been put to challenge by filing a writ petition.
