J U D G M E N T

This appeal has been filed to set aside the conviction under Section 498-A, I.P.C and suspend the sentence of rigorous imprisonment for a period of 6 months and a fine of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only), in default of payment of which, to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of 2 weeks, rendered vide Judgment dated 17th April 2015, in Sessions Case No.176 of 2013 by the Hon'ble Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvallur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The sole appellant-Jaiganesh reported to be died and the memo dated 15.04.2021 has been filed to that effect and the same is recorded.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
