By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct cultural and cinema dance programme nearby the Arulmigu Sri Bhagavathi Amman Temple on 09.02.2019 between 9.30 p.m. to 1.00 a.m. midnight by considering his representation dated 19.01.2019.

3. The Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation given by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has been considered by the second respondent and rejected for the reasons mentioned in their proceedings in Na.Ka.No.07/Ko/Ka.Ni./2019 dated 31.01.2019. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order, if he is so advised. No costs.
