PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 1st respondent, the State of Tamil Nadu, relating to G.O.M.S.No.241 Housing and Urban Development (UD3/1) Department dated 19.09.2003, and quash the same as illegal and ultra vires and further direct the 2nd & 3rd respondents to accord sanction and register documents and also sale deeds relating to the said property Survey No. 70/1A2 in Thiruvudanthai village, Madura Semmancheri Village, Chenglepet Taluk, Kanchipuram District, measuring to an extent of 58 cents and common passage comprised in Survey No.70/2A2 and 72/3A1 measuring 9 cents without any recourse G.O.Ms.No.241, Housing and Urban Development (UD-III/1) Department dated 19.09.2003.
