ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider and pass order on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.12.2023 in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81 dated 04.08.2022 Human Resource Management (N) Department.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.12.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.81 dated 04.08.2022, Human Resource Management (N) Department.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
