However, Mr.V.Balamurugane, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing (Pudhucherry) submits that the enquiry is pending against the petitioner and if the petitioner participates in the enquiry without any deviation, there is no necessity for the respondent to take any coercive steps against the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to participate in the enquiry without any deviation and on the petitioner's compliance, no coercive steps will be taken by the respondent till the completion of the enquiry.
