Heard Mr. V.Illanchezyian, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. C.Vigneswaran, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent and Mr. R.Baranidharan, Learned Counsel for the Second to Fourth Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Proceedings in Memorandum No. 36-6/5/RID - 2/2023 dated 21.09.2023 passed by the Second Respondent and to consequently direct the First Respondent to pass orders on the Second Appeal in S.A.20631/B/2022 filed by the Petitioner to 2/5

direct the Second Respondent to furnish the information sought by him. 3.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the information sought by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition has been published in the website of Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission on 06.03.2023 and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
