This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to transfer the investigation in crime No. 1004 of 2017 dated 25.12.2017, pending on the file of 3rd respondent to CBCID or some other agency.

2. It is seen that this petition was listed for admission on 06.03.2018. Thereafter, at the request of learned counsel appearing for petitioner, it was adjourned to 20.03.2018. Thereafter, the learned counsel for petitioner did not take any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

steps to list the matter for admission. Hence, this petition is pending for the past two years even without admitting. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue this matter further.
