This Petition has been filed to issue necessary orders to amend the delay of filing the above Writ Appeal as 716 days instead of 470 days in the delay condonation affidavit filed by the Petitioner/Appellant.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and as no prejudice is going to be caused to the respondents if the number of days is amended, this petition is allowed.
