The Criminal Revision case filed under Section 397 and 401 of Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records culminating in the impugned order dated 28-3-2014 passed by the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, EO-1, Egmore, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.2294/2012 in E.O.C.C.No.593/2002, examine the correctness, legality and propriety of the findings made therein, set aside the same and consequently to discharge the petitioners from the proceedings in EOCC .NO.593/2002. For Petitioners : Mr.T.Mahendran - No appearance For Respondent : Mr.T.Poornam
ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.08.2018, there was no representation for the petitioners. Again it has been posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also no representation for the petitioners. Since the criminal revision petition is pending from the year 2014 and considering the fact, that the petitioners are not interested in conducting the case, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the petition.
