When the matter was listed on 28.2.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today. Even today, when the matter is taken up, there is no representation for the petitioner. When the petitioner is not ready to prosecute the petition, this Court is left with no other alternative, but to close the contempt petition.
