O R D E R

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that against the award passed by the Labour Court, an Execution Petition has been moved and the same will be appropriate. Accordingly this Court is not inclined to consider the grounds in this writ petition.

2. Thus, this court is of the view that the petitioners have to pursue the Execution Petition for seeking implementation of the award. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
