2. Today, Mr.Raja Thamarai Pandiyan, the Inspector of Police, Kallakurichi, is present by video conferencing.

On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on account of miscommunication, it was represented that the final report was filed in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate on 08.11.2018. However, she represented that the Judicial Magistrate, Kallakurichi, has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
received the final report on 17.09.2020 and without taking cognizance, has ordered further investigation under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., since the learned Judicial Magistrate felt that the case requires that.
