Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records passed by the 1st Respondent in and by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.164/2010/A1 dated 13.08.2010 and quash the same, and consequently directing the 1st Respondent to permit the petitioner to construct a building as per the sanctioned plan.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein does not survive at this distant print of time and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
