Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other order or direction in the nature of writ directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to sanction and disburse 50% pensionary benefits for the service rendered by the petitioner in the Panchayat Union from 1971 to 1975 on counting the same for the purpose of pension with incremental benefits for the service rendered during the said period along with its arrears payable to the petitioner pursuant to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/419/12 dated 29.06.2012 of the fourth respondent herein as per the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court. The learned Government Advocate, vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.1114/A3/2018 dated 12.02.2020, would submit that, the relief sought for by the Writ Petitioner has already been granted. If any discrepancy is found in the order, the petitioner is given liberty to file a petition to reopen the Writ Petition.
