This petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioner herein, an association consisting of 276 members who carry on hawking businesses on the NSC Bose Road stretch between Broadway and the Flower Bazaar Police Station, as a proposed respondent in W.P.No. 14977 of 2024.

Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
