Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, praying to call for the entire records relating to the proceedings of the First Respondent in P1/Unit 4/M124-1195/2001-2002/RN dated 19.12.2001 and P1/4/M124-1195/ 2001-2002/RN dated 19.12.2001 and to quash the same. (Prayer amended vide order dated 16.03.2011 in M.P. No. 1 of 2011 in W.P. the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner have not contacted him and as such, he is not able to conduct the case and he has filed a memo dated 19.11.2021 to that effect, which has been placed on record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated with a clarification that the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner are not precluded from applying for revival of the Writ Petition in the prescribed manner, if they are otherwise entitled in law. No costs.
