O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to pay salary to the writ petitioner for the period from 17.5.2001 to 27.8.2002 and yearly increment from the year 2000 onwards.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the issues in relation to the salary, as claimed by the writ petitioner, had already been decided by this Court in WP No.23848 of 2002 dated 8.8.2002. Thus, the writ petitioner is also eligible to get the benefits as per the orders passed by this Court in WP No.23848 of 2002 dated 8.8.202 (cited supra). In this regard, the writ petitioner had already submitted the representations to the respondents on several occasions and the same are yet to be considered.

3. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on various dates, commencing from 7.10.2002 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copies of the representations and all other relevant documents along with the order passed in the present writ petition.
