This Writ Petition is heard through Video Conference on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of certiorari calling for the records of the first respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made in Ku.U.Pa.Me.MU.Ma.No.02/2007 dated 26.11.2012 and quash the same.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent had been resolved and there is nothing survives in the Writ Petition for further adjudication.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs.
