Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to issue No.8 of the Agenda dated 20.01.2010 regarding the shifting of the Head Office from Ayanavaram to Baluchetty Chathiram at Kancheepuram in the General Body Meeting to be held on 12.02.2010 or

subsequently thereafter and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to natural justice.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Certiorari to quash the issue No.8 of the Agenda dated 20.01.2010 regarding the shifting of the Head Office from Ayanavaram to Baluchetty Chathiram at Kancheepuram in the General Body Meeting to be held on 12.02.2010. 2.The respondents 1 and 3 filed counter affidavit, the 12th paragraph of which reads as follows:

"12. I submit that taking into account of the difficulties faced, a report was submitted by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent herein and the 2nd respondent had ordered that the Administrative Office be repositioned at the original office at Ayanavaram. In view of the above, the Respondents do not have any intention in shifting the Administrative Office to Baluchettychattiram in terms of the Agenda 8 of the General Body meeting then to be held on 12.02.2010 and subsequently thereafter."

3.From the counter affidavit filed by the respondents 1 and 3, it is seen that the respondents have dropped the proposal of shifting the Administrative Office to Baluchettychattiram from Ayanavaram. The said stand of the respondents is recorded. In view of the stand taken by the respondents 1 and 3, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
