The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 169 days in representing the First Appeals, which are still under process by the Registry.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, it had been stated that the papers were mixed up with other papers and therefore, there was a delay in re-presentation.

3.Hence, the delay in representing the above First Appeals is condoned and the main issue in the First Appeals will be taken up by this Court after the Appeals are numbered and the Registry may put the First Appeals, if they are numbered, for consideration on 04.03.2022.
