O R D E R

The petitioner filed this Writ Petition, to issue a writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent herein relating to his order dated 13.05.2005 in proceedings No.769/A3/2003, quash the same.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was the Law College student. When he was studying in the final year, he was suspended from the college on 21.04.2004, alleging that the petitioner has involved in the criminal cases and was attempted to misbehave with the junior female students. Thereafter, the petitioner was warned by the Principal in the said academic year in November, 2003. As against the suspension order, the petitioner preferred W.P.No.13152 of 2004 and the same was disposed on 17.07.2017 by this Court. Thereafter, the petitioner's name was not found in the list of candidates who were permitted to sit for the final examination due to lack of attendance and the petitioner was not permitted to write his final exams, resulted in re-do the final year course. Hence, he filed W.P.No.

14413 of 2004 seeking direction, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to appear for May 2004 examinations. The said writ petition was disposed on 06.09.2006 by this Court. Subsequently, the petitioner filed a petition in W.P.No.32264 of 2004 praying for a direction, directing the respondent to permit the petitioner to sit for examination for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

the final year together with arrears examination commencing on 08.11.2004. The said petition was disposed on 29.11.2004 by this Court. Thereafter, the petitioner was removed from the College. Aggrieved by the said removal, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the criminal case filed against the petitioner is ended in acquittal. Further, the misbehaviour with the junior female students is the subject matter of enquiry. In the meanwhile, the petitioner was sent out of the college is unsustainable one and the impugned order passed by the respondent has to be set aside.

4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that except this petition, all other writ petitions filed by the petitioner have been disposed of by this Court. Since, the petitioner committed the very serious offence of misbehaving with his junior female students which is not permissible, accordingly, he was sent out of the college. After a lapse of 14 years nothing survives in this petition, accordingly, prays for dismissal.

5.The writ petition was filed in the year 2004, against the order of dismissal of the petitioner from the Law college. After a lapse of 14 years, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
