However, they have not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

2.The respondents 3 & 4 who are minors are represented by their mother, the 1st respondent.

3.Notice issued to the 5th respondent has been returned with an endorsement 'unclaimed', the service is deemed to have been completed on the 5th respondent.

4.This petition is filed to condone the delay of 47 days in preferring an Appeal as against the Final Award dated 30/08/2019 passed in MCOP No.71 of 2016, by the Hon'ble Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Special District Judge Court, Dharmapuri.

5.Sufficient reasons have been given for condoning the delay. Hence the delay is condoned.
