Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the first respondent's notice bearing Na.Ka.No.646 of 2005 (Mineral-C) dated 11.07.2005 pertaining to the petitioner's leasehold stone quarry measuring 2-05-0 Hectares, comprised in Survey Field No.6, situated in Pachudayampatti Village, Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal District quash the same and direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's right to quarry and transport rough stones from the said quarry on payment of necessary seigniorage till the expiry of the lease period i.e., 18.09.2008.
