ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Vijayalakshmi, aged about 21 years, to secure his daughter, who is said to be missing from 15.02.2015 and to set her at liberty.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.

The alleged detenue Vijayalakshmi is produced before this Court today.

When we enquired, she said that she is with her father Krishnamurthy, the petitioner herein and that there is no illegal custody.
