This petition has been filed to issue a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint lodged by one Ecobiocides and Bofamicals Private Limited, C.No.50 of 2020 was given and after preliminary enquiry, the complaint was closed on 03.02.2020 and hence the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.

3. Recording the abovesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
