This application has been filed for a direction to the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamilnadu to execute the sale deed in favour of the applicants for the property bearing New No.187, Old No. 146, Strahans Road, Chennai - 600 012.

A Report has been filed by the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu, in which it makes it clear that the applicants were the successful bidder and the sale consideration of Rs.1,60,00,000/- has been deposited in the Indian Bank, Madras High Court Branch. The report further clear that subsequently, the auction sale was confirmed by this Court on 04.10.2019.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, a sum of Rs.52,000/- by way of demand draft, bearing No. 946068, drawn at Bank of Baroda, Sowcarpet, Chennai - 600 003, dated 09.03.2020 in favour of the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu, has been paid.

In such view of the matter, a direction is issued to the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamilnadu to execute the sale deed in favour of the applicants for the property bearing New No.187, Old No. 146, Strahans Road, Chennai - 600 012, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The applicants are directed to bear the costs of the stamp paper, registration charges, etc. The service charges retained by the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamilnadu shall be deposited in the Chief Justice Relief Fund. 5.
