ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 11.08.2023 in WP.No.23615 of 2023.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with. The representation of the petitioner has been considered by the second respondent, by way of an order dated 26.10.2023, and an amount of Rs.4,22,849/- has been disbursed to the petitioner on 24.11.2023.

3. Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that the Order of this Court is complied and no contempt is made out. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order, if he is really aggrieved. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
