ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd to 4th respondents to conduct an enquiry and take an action against the 5th Respondent on the basis of the communication issued by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.25822/2025/E1 dated 21.11.2025.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage. Since no adverse order is going to be passed, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a resident of Kullampalayam, Vavipalayam Village, Mandhiripalayam Post, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District. The 5th respondent employed as a Village Administrate Officer in Mandhiripalayam and he is also in-charge of the petitioner's village and as per the Government orders. The petitioner claimed that the 5th respondent has to stay in Mandhiripalayam village whereas he is residing in Vaavipalayam Village, which is far from the Mandhipalayam and the same is affecting the day to day administration of the petitioner's village thereby, the petitioner made a complaint before the 1st respondent / District Collector on 04.11.2025 and the same was forwarded to the 3rd respondent / Revenue Divisional officer for filing report but, the same was not implemented. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the 3rd respondent to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 21.11.2025 within a time frame.
5. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to implement the order dated 21.11.2025 sent by the 1st respondent, after providing opportunity to the 5th respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
