ORDER

The plaintiff has come forward with this revision seeking direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.597 of 2014, which is filed for recovery of money. The case status reveals that the written statement was filed in the year 2015 and thereafter, I.A. was filed. Now, it is in the stage of crossexamination. The complaint of the revision petitioner is that there is no progress in the suit, though the trial has commenced as early as in March

2016. The learned Subordinate Judge, Erode is directed to complete the trial and dispose of the suit before 30.04.2017. With this direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
